Who we are and why use us?
Casamanda is a small but experienced family run business who collectively, decided to combine their skills to give you the best possible service at the lowest possible price in Andalucia. We can do this because we do not have massive overheads to cover, such as advertising, exhibitions, hundreds of staff and showrooms.
Between us we have worked in real estate, marketing and property development business for the past 20 years.
Amanda started her career with the Royal Air Force where she served in Cyprus during the Gulf War. After 7 years service she left to begin her career in Professional Services Marketing working as Marketing and Business Development Manager for International Law and Accountancy Firms, for over 11 years. Amanda has also been developing and selling property in the UK since 1993.
Jennifer is a professionally trained chef who at the height of her career was head chef for Lord and Lady Bradford of Weston Park. She then went on to own her own restaurants and also started her own kitchen and bedroom manufacturing business. Jennifer has been in Spain for 10 years having spent the vast majority of those years working in the Real Estate industry. Jennifers knowledge of Inland Andalucia cannot be beaten, so if there is anything you need to know about the area, she is the one to ask.
Together we have found dream homes and investments for many people over the years and have become firm friends with many clients. If you want somebody "in the know" then we are the people to speak to. We care about what you buy and that you are happy with your purchase, because at the end of the day, you are the people that recommend us to your friends and family and that is the best form of recognition we could ask for.
Together we listen to your needs and requirements, select properties that match your requirements and basically help you through the whole buying process.
